Lead teacher

Full time

A full-time role focused on children's academic, spiritual, social, and emotional growth and development. Lead teachers keep their classroom in compliance with North Carolina childcare regulations and work collaboratively with staff.

What you’ll do

Prepare lesson plans and Bible lessons
Work directly with children through the morning
Build relationships with families and staff
Create and maintain the classroom environment
Supervision, diapering, and potty training
Train and guide assistant staff
Attend staff meetings

What we’re looking for

NCECC certification preferred, not required
2+ years childcare experience preferred
A love for children and for Jesus
Strong communication skills
Current CPR certification
Able to lift 35–40 lbs

Assistant lead teacher

Full time

A full-time position assisting lead teachers with children's development while helping the classroom stay in compliance with North Carolina childcare regulations.

What you’ll do

Assist with lesson plans and classroom materials
Direct supervision and care of children
Diapering and potty training support
Build relationships with families
Assist with staff training
Classroom laundry

What we’re looking for

NCECC certification preferred
2+ years childcare experience required
A passion for children and for Jesus
Strong communication skills
CPR certification required
Able to lift 35–40 lbs
