Philosophy
At Victory Academy, we strive to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children of all ages. We offer a Christian-centered education, with a holistic approach to learning. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of love and encouragement, tailored to meet the needs of each individual child.
We believe in providing a warm and nurturing environment with caring and experienced individuals that focus on the needs of the child, provide developmentally appropriate activities, and positive interaction and supervision. We believe in the development of the whole child: physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually. We believe that embracing the whole family will assure a child’s success and enhance growth.
Health & Safety
At our Child Care, safety is our number one priority. We have strict protocols in place to ensure that all of our children are safe and secure while in our care. Each classroom is equipped with cameras so that we can monitor our classrooms at all times. We also have security measures in place to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the facility. Parents are welcome in the classroom at any time to get an up close look at how we keep their children safe. We also conduct regular fire and safety drills to ensure that our staff and children are prepared in the event of an emergency. Finally, we have a First Aid kit in each classroom and staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR in order to provide quick and effective care.
