What to expect when you tour Victory Academy
A tour is thirty unhurried minutes—you'll meet a director, see your child's room, and leave with real answers. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.
Choosing childcare is one of those decisions that feels enormous because it is. No website—including this one—can tell you whether a place is right for your child. That's what the tour is for. It's free, it takes about thirty minutes, and you can bring your little one along. Here's exactly what happens.
Before you arrive
Tours run weekday mornings, 9AM–12PM, while classrooms are in full swing—we want you to see a real morning, not a staged one. When you request a tour, we'll reply within one business day to set a time. There's a free parking lot on site, with the entrance on the right side of the building.
You don't need to prepare anything. No paperwork, no deposit, no decision on the spot.
What happens during the tour
Every tour follows the same simple shape:
- You'll meet a director. Not a salesperson—the person who actually runs the mornings, knows every teacher, and can answer specifics.
- You'll see your child's room. We'll walk you to the classroom for your child's age, so you can watch how the teachers talk to the children, what the morning rhythm looks like, and where your child would hang their bag.
- You can ask anything. Discipline philosophy, how we handle separation anxiety at drop-off, what a Bible story time actually looks like, teacher turnover—nothing is off the table.
- You'll leave with no pressure. We'd rather you go home, talk it over, and come back sure.
Questions parents almost always ask
A few come up on nearly every tour, so here are the short answers now: yes, there are cameras in every classroom, viewable on request. Yes, every adult in the building is background checked. Yes, all staff are CPR certified, with adult and pediatric first aid. And tuition is published on our site—from $217/month—because price should never be a mystery you have to tour to solve.
What to watch for
Bring your own checklist, but here's ours: watch how teachers get down on the children's level. Listen for how children are spoken to when no one thinks a visitor is listening. Notice whether the room feels calm or chaotic at transition times. Those small things tell you more than any brochure.
